Had to come back and give a follow up review.The book is absolutely useless. It has more stories about students improving from so called study methods than actual study methods for learning.When introducing so called study methods the book spends a great deal of time assuming that the scenario provided applies to you in an attempt to sell you on the poor methods being provided. It goes as such "Are you a student who works hard then fails a test? Well its because you're not using [insert study method]"Before actually going in depth on how to apply the method the author spends unnecessary time explaining how effective it is for students....like anybody cares.There are so many better books that get to the point. Have concrete information. And not riddled with page filler. I will be returning this trash and getting a refund.
